Payment and security
All prices are shown incl. 25% Danish VAT.
You can pay with Visa / Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. When purchasing with a credit card, the amount is first deducted from your account when the item is shipped from Awiiya ApS.
It is safe to trade with payment cards at Awiiya ApS. When you pay by card, all data is encrypted (coded) when forwarded to our payment provider (Stripe).
All payment information is treated confidentially according to our privacy policy.
Shipping and delivery
Free Shipping - when purchasing a minimum of DKK 499,-
Purchases above the minimum of DKK 499,- is granted FREE SHIPPING to nearest GLS pack shop.
When buying below DKK 499, - the freight within Denmark is DKK 39.00 with GLS for parcel shop or for private address the cost is 59 kr.
Reservations are made for price adjustments and it is stated regularly on the choice of distributor on the website what the current and at any time current prices are.
Expected delivery time is usually 1-2 working days in DK and up to 10 working days in Europe. The rest of the world is approx. 2-3 weeks.
In case of a longer delivery time, it will be informed by email.
Returns
If you regret the purchase, this must be notified to Awiiya ApS within 14 days of receipt. Returns are made by prior arrangement at info@awiiya.com, and by using Awiiya's return form: AWIIYA return portal in collaboration with Shipmondo
Return shipping can be ordered here at a fixed price of DKK 39.
You should send the item properly packaged - together with a copy of the invoice and please write clearly that you want to make use of the right of withdrawal and that you therefore want to get the price of the item refunded.
Upon receipt, Awiiya ApS will refund the price of the item.
Please notice
-We do not receive packages sent per. cash on delivery
-Packages sent to a Package Shop or Box will not be picked up.
-When returning packages that have been wrapped as a gift, the amount of wrapping will not be refunded.
It usually takes 5-14 working days before the refunded amount can be seen in your account, calculated from the time we have received the item returned. By MasterCard m.v. can take up to 45 business days.
Complaints
As a consumer, you have a 24-month right to make a complaint according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
It is, of course, a condition that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item.
If the item is visibly damaged during shipment, reject the package upon receipt.
Reservations
Awiiya ApS reserves the right for sold out items, printing errors, spelling errors, and delays, which are beyond our control, and which according to the Purchase Act must be considered force majeure.
